During the shut-down I worked from home and could no longer rely on the here and there to segregate my life from my work. At the same time the demands upon me grew malignantly consuming any time I had saved for friends, family, or myself. After learning to work remotely I had to learn how to stop and create space. Work_Out is dedicated to that process and its growing pains.
